Beekeeping Workshop Training
The Dooars Humanity Uplift Foundation successfully conducted a two-day Professional Bee Keeping Workshop Training on 16th & 17th June 2025. The program received an excellent response, bringing together new learners, aspiring entrepreneurs, and local farmers interested in sustainable and income-generating beekeeping practices.The sessions were facilitated by two highly experienced trainers — Mr. Milson Champramary and District Apiculturist Mr. Indra Sankar Thapa — who provided in-depth theoretical knowledge along with practical hands-on demonstrations.

Participants actively engaged in live demonstrations involving hive inspection, honeycomb handling, and protective gear usage. The practical exposure helped them gain real-life confidence in operating and maintaining beekeeping setups.The workshop concluded with highly positive feedback, with trainees expressing interest in establishing their own beekeeping units with the guidance of the Foundation. The event marked another successful step toward empowering rural communities with sustainable livelihood opportunities.
